Studio R table

The Studio table family includes the simple rectangular table in three sizes. A base table made entirely of wood, designed by White architects/August Hugoson.

Studio has a clear focus on education and flexible furnishing where form, function and sustainability blend together to create furniture for the future.

Studio R table

The entire Studio family has been designed with a focus on educational environments and flexible furnishing. Frameless table completely made of wood, Studio represents an environmentally friendly choice to minimize the impact of new production. The leg bracket, made from residual material, not only minimizes waste but also highlights the elegance of the construction. The through tenon gives each table its unique character while pedagogically marking its sustainable heritage.

Studio is easy to maintain and fits smoothly into a circular furniture flow, promoting long-term sustainability. Its construction meets rare requirements in school environments, especially for frameless tables made entirely of wood. Studio R & V are declared with Möbelfakta. Studio combines form and function to create a customized educational environment.

The Studio table, together with the Tova chair, can contribute to a complete interior solution. For an even more comprehensive solution, Studio can also be customized with power solutions or castors, providing a fully tailored and functional environment at the table.

Specification text & Construction

Tabletop & frame

Table declared with Möbelfakta and Environmental product declaration (EPD), easy to customize. Scandinavian timeless design, glue-free assembly and frameless wooden table, built for a circular furniture flow.
The core of the tabletop is reshaped 21 mm environmentally certified birch plywood. Seam-free top surface of the tabletop covered with grindable veneer 1.5 mm/HPL/DT Linoleum/Kayar/Custom choice. Underside of the table top pre-drilled and prepared with ramp socket M6 for easy assembly and disassembly of legs, improving the table's circular properties.
Table edge with visible birch plywood to reduce the number of material layers in the table, straight 12 mm edge and beveled 30 mm for the thin design of the tabletop. The table's edge radius is 2-3 and corner radius is 10 mm for a soft tactile feel.
Legs in solid wood and design tapered towards the floor and at a 45-degree angle towards the corners of the tabletop. Nail-on rubber foot for stable placement against the floor.
The leg's metal bracket in white RAL 9003 is an integrated visible part in the table leg without the use of glue.
Legs and brackets are assembled without glue with a bolt for easy assembly and disassembly in the tabletop's pre-assembled ramp socket.

Disassembled with hand tools allowing reassembly after reconditioning or spare part replacement with maintained function and stability. Free distance floor to underside of the tabletop >700 mm. The table has a warranty period and a spare part guarantee of 10 years.
